Welcome to Shore Shot Kennels! We are German Shorthaired Pointer breeders located in Ocean County, New Jersey! Our focus is a well rounded Versatile GSP that can truly do it all and excel in all venues whether it be NAVHDA, Field Trials, Hunt Tests, Water tests, Conformation or just a damn good hunting dog! We strongly believe in breeding to better the German Shorthaired Pointer breed and, therefore, only sell puppies to approved hunting and testing homes. Our dogs are highly driven, very cooperative, easy and eager to train, natural backers, natural retrievers, high water drive, Intense points and excellent temperaments! We usually breed 1-2 litters every few years. We do not run a "Kennel" as our 6 dogs are kept in our home and are apart of our family for their entire lives. Puppies are also raised and loved in our home. We are an active member of the NAVHDA Del-Val Chapter and regularly hunt our dogs on pheasant, grouse, woodcock, quail, chukar, duck and goose.
